The Rising is a long term vision. The mission is to move abused and trafficked children in Costa Rican institutions into families. Even the best programs are programs. God’s design is families! He creates and places children in families. Here’s the plan in a nutshell.
1st) We purchase property… We need your help with this, and by help we mean time, talent, and money.
2nd) We develop the property into a small community of homes.
3rd) We recruit and employ married Christian couples to live in the homes and raise the children in families.
